Eighth graders in Mrs. Zimmerman's class had to free Shakespeare today in a BreakoutEDU game. It wasn't easy, but it sure was fun! Through collaboration, problem solving, critical thinking and a fair amount of grit, almost all of our teams were able to successfully break Shakespeare out of his lock box before the timer went up. The few that didn't finish were SO close and showed great perseverance ... when the bell rang for lunch, several groups even hung back to finish! The key to success wasn't necessarily having the right answers so much, as it was asking the right questions. We can't wait to do another BreakoutEDU soon!
